What we collect
Information you provide through our intake form or by contacting us: name, company, contact details, and details about your operation (species, volumes, region). We do not collect information you don't give us, and this site sets no advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, assess supply fit, and, where a relationship proceeds, structure and document deals. We collect with consent, for identified purposes, and limit collection to what those purposes need, consistent with PIPEDA's fair information principles.
Sharing
Supplier details are not sold or shared for marketing. Information is shared only as needed to execute a deal you're party to (e.g., with freight, certification or customs specialists engaged on your shipment, who are named in your deal documents) or as required by law.
Retention & safeguards
Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, and protected with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
Your rights
